Cross Cryo & Wellness is owned and operated by John and Tricia Cross, a husband-and-wife team with a deep love of people and a passion to see each person succeed. We have personally seen and experienced the positive impact and confidence that comes from feeling good in your own skin, and our desire to help every client experience that growth in confidence is the driving force behind Cross Cryo & Wellness.
We provide slimming, toning, and skincare / facial services in a relaxed, professional environment designed to help each client feel comfortable and valued. John Cross
John is passionate about people and has long devoted his time to caring for others in various settings. Having served as a minister for much of his life, his passion for people inspired Cross Cryo’s goal of helping others while fulfilling its mission of bringing hope, building confidence, and encouraging each client in their pursuit of holistic health and wellness. Outside of the office, John loves spending time with his family and continually refining his espresso-making skills. He makes an impressive double shot and consumes a far more impressive number of shots in the process.
Tricia Cross
Tricia is an avid reader and enjoys relaxing with a good book or hanging out with her family, even when they push her outside her comfort zone and onto the softball field. Come football season, she will be found with her daughters cheering on the Boise State Broncos and Dallas Cowboys. Tricia exemplifies the core values at Cross Cryo & Wellness, and her quiet, gentle personality helps every client feel relaxed and comfortable.
