Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least a 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time.
We will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required.

Late Policy

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show.”

Refund Policy

Cross Cryo and Wellness strives to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with our services. If you are displeased with your service, please bring it to our attention at or before the time of checkout in order for us to have the chance to make it right. It is our policy to ensure that all services are provided properly and professionally. We do not provide refunds for our services or packages.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased at Cross Cryo and Wellness or online via our website are honored as a form of payment for both regular priced and discounted services and package deals. Terms and Conditions for those gift certificates are further defined below.
  1. All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and not redeemable for Cash.
  2. Use of gift certificates sold at a discounted price cannot be combined with any other promos or discounts being offered by Cross Cryo and Wellness.
  3. All gift certificates will expire as indicated on the gift certificate.
  4. Any add-ons to spa services will be charged at full retail price per our menu of services.
